After you found us a home to lease and we took occupancy, we found out weeks later that, unbeknownst to us, you both had stayed up much of the night prior to the move-in date cleaning the house personally due to our tight occupancy time frame requirement. Talk about service! It didn’t take us long to realize that Mirabel was definitely where we wanted to own a home. So you showed us about a dozen homes over a six-month period with multiple showings per home. The showings weren’t quick walk-throughs; we took our time. Once again we had very specific requirements and you found a home that met all of them. The closing went smoothly with no surprises. Since the closing, you two have been our main source for finding out anything house-related: handyman, HVAC service, pool service, security, pest control, etc. You’re like a Google for any Scottsdale-related housing question!
